11/6

Answer the following three questions on a piece of loose leaf paper or inside of your math spiral.  Make sure to show all of your thinking.  DUE TOMORROW!

Fraction Operations:  Jaylee, Bailor, and Keylie are big time coin collections in upstate Virginia.  The three girls are also very competitive.  They get into a heated argument about who has the most coins in a particular coin set.  There are 120 coins that make up the complete coin set.  Jaylee has 1/4 of set, Bailor has 2/5 of the set, and Keylie has 3/10 of the set.  How many coins does each girl have?

Jaylee_________________         Bailor_________________         Keylie_________________

Factors/Multiples:  Use a t-chart to find the GCF (greatest common factor) of the following sets of numbers.

12 and 36                                           24 and 32

Whole Number Operations:  Lamont's trailer park used 3,125 gallons of water during the month of October (31 days).  How much water did Lamont each day (average)?
